The Dashboard of the Access mobile app displays a quick view of the most important information about your account, including the current available balance, active cards, and recent activity. Users can also access notifications from this screen. Notifications often provide important information about account activity or app updates, so be sure to read each notification as it arrives.

About the Dashboard




FieldDescription
NotificationsOpens the Notifications screen where users can read and manage messages and alerts.
Available BalanceAmount of money currently available in the account.

Select the ellipsis menu in this section to access the following options:
  • Account Details - Displays the Account Owner, Account Number, Routing Number, and the name of the Bank.
  • Account Statements - View, download, and send monthly statements.
  • Bank Verification Letter - Download a letter to provide proof of income or financial status.
My CardsDisplays the card(s) connected to the account.

Choose whether to display the full card number, Good Thru date, and CVV by selecting Show/Hide Details.

Select the ellipsis menu in this section to access the following options: 
  • Freeze - Stops any activity on the account for a set period of time.
  • Manage PIN - Allows you to change your personal identification number (PIN).
  • Report Lost or Stolen - Reports fraudulent activity, disables your current card, and requests a new card.
  • Close Card - Closes the account for the selected card.
ActivityA snapshot of recent account activity, including purchases, deposits, and transaction fees.

Tip: Access the Activity screen to view more transactions and details.
