Users can manage settings and access additional resources from the More screen of the Access mobile app. Here, users can change their password, manage their cards, update contact information, log out of the app, and much more.

To access the More screen, select More from the bottom menu.
About the More screens
Field | Description | ||
Notifications | Opens the Notifications screen where users can read and manage messages and alerts. | ||
Profile | Allows users to update their email address, phone number, and/or mailing address. | ||
Account | Provides access to account details, statements, and the bank verification letter. For more information about these features, see About the Activity screen. | ||
Cards | Allows users to freeze their card, change their PIN number, or report a card as lost or stolen. For more information about these features, see About the Dashboard screen. | ||
Support | Allows users to suggest new features or reports issues that they have encountered while using the app. | ||
Notification Settings | Opens the Notification Settings screen where users can enable or disable various types of push and email notifications. | ||
Security | Allows users to change their password and enable or disable Face ID login. | ||
Logout | Logs the user out of the app. |
