If you suspect unauthorized usage on your card, please report the card as lost or stolen as soon as possible. This action can be performed from the Dashboard of the Access mobile app.


  1. Access the Dashboard screen.
  2. In the My Cards section, select the ellipsis icon to open the actions menu.
  3. Select Report Lost or Stolen.
  4. On the next screen, choose the description that best fits your scenario, either My card was lost or My card was stolen, and then select Proceed to continue.
  5. On the confirmation screen, select Proceed to continue.
    The missing card is reported. No further activity is permitted on the card, and you will receive a new card with a different card number, Good Thru date, and CVV.
