How do I change my password?

  1. On the More screen, select Security.
  2. Select Change Password.
    The Change Password screen appears.
  3. In the Current Password field, enter the old password that you were using to log in.
  4. In the New Password field, enter the new password that you would like to use.
  5. In the Confirm New Password field, enter the same password your entered in the New Password field to confirm that the spelling is correct.
  6. Select Save.
    You can now log in with the new password.



What are the password requirements?

For security reasons, all passwords must include at least 8 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and at least one special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, *, etc.).



What if I forgot my password?

  1. On the Sign In screen, select Forgot Password?.
  2. In the Email field, enter the email address that you use to log in to Access and then select Continue.
    A reset password link is sent to the email address you entered.
  3. Use the reset password link to create a new password for your account.



Is Access compatible with Face ID login?

Yes! To turn on Face ID, go to the More screen, select Security and then set the Login with Face ID toggle to On.
The toggle turns green to indicate that Face ID is enabled.



Can I add my card to my digital wallet?

Yes! Just below the image of your card on the Dashboard screen, there is a link to add your card to either Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Once added, you can use the card as you would with any other card in your digital wallet.



How can I see/hide my card number and other details?

On the Dashboard screen, select the Show/Hide Details icon just below the image of your card.


How do I make a suggestion or report an error?

  1. On the More screen, select Support.
  2. In the Subject field, enter a title for your message.
  3. In the Description field, describe the error you encountered or the suggestion you would like to make.
  4. Select Submit.
    A member of our team will review your message and get back to you.



If I request a new feature for the app, will anyone read it?
